Come & join us!
Welcome to the website of the Keighley branch of the Ramblers Association
The group itself first started some 38 years ago. We are still going strong, and walk usually twice month.
A shorter walk of 4-6 miles on the first Sunday in the month and a longer walk of 8-10 miles on the third Sunday is the norm.

We are a small sociable group of walkers who like nothing better than to walk and talk whilst we explore the moors and dales that surround us in Yorkshire and occasionally Lancashire.

We welcome everyone on our walks - both members and non-members - we do hope you will walk with us when possible.

If you wish to be more interactive with this website, you can became a Member, just click on the membership button.

Note:  All walks now listed for the summer programme, if you fancy leading a walk for the winter session please let us know and we will give you all the help you need!

To make it easier to contact us I have set-up

website itself or send us your pictures which

are always welcome.

The enclosed footpath alongside the old industrial area of Keighley, used by thousands of workers over the years. A lovely rural view less than one mile from Keighley Town centre. Sue & Janice leading the way by the River Worth, which has never looked healthier. On the Worth Way near Woodhouse. New fencing on the right might indicate a development on the way. Smiling faces above Gingerbread Clough Distant views of the Aire Valley. We were walking on that far hillside a few weeks ago. That darn hill up from Hainworth! Bracken Bank in the background Rosemary, Doreen, Michael, & Judy making their way up from Hainworth What a lovely group of happy people! Still smiling above Moor Edge Harden half way round. Uphill through St Ives
